Would definitely give this house a 4 out of 5 stars. The house is very nice, big open kitchen large enough table to seat the 9 of us. We were able congregate and talk, eat, drink, laugh and just have a great time. The Living Room is spacious for another great gather place. Ample bedrooms all good sizes and comfortable and a game room on the 2nd floor (foosball, air hockey, and an arcade game with a deck with seating). The front porch was comfortable and a nice place for morning coffee. The back patio was nice with a gas grill, seating, a table, and 2 outdoor showers. The location is great to, 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk (not even a 5 minute walk). The hosts, Mara and the PMI Saltwater, team were responsive to our questions and concerns (especially with the Nor'Easter hitting the coast).
