Welcome to Tramonto, A stunning new construction home, unlike any other in Wildwood Crest....central to the best of Cape May County.

Tramonto, meaning “Sunset” in Italian, is a spacious, luxury custom home with serene panoramic views of the bay and Sunset Lake in Wildwood Crest. The single-family home offers 6 bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half baths, and a heated in-ground pool (open seasonally) surrounded by a large fenced in yard on a private spacious corner lot.  Tramonto is perfectly located for your multi-family vacation in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Enjoy being 4 blocks from the vast Wildwood Crest beach, next to Sunset Lake park which offers jet ski and paddle board rentals, walking distance to local coffee shops and restaurants, and a short drive to either Cape May for shopping and fine dining, or to the Wildwood boardwalk for endless amounts of fun.

The second floor features an open floor plan, a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, cathedral ceilings, large windows and sliding glass doors, a powder room, and TWO spacious primary bedroom suites.  You’ll be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets on a spacious deck with panoramic views featuring a covered lounge area, a sundeck, and a separate covered dining area to soak in the stunning views.
The living room features a large TV, sectional sofa, gas-burning fireplace and opens to a 10-person dining table as well as seating for 6 at the large kitchen island.  All of this is overlooking the endless bay views and unrivaled sunset views.

*First Floor*:
The first-floor features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a laundry room, second story deck, and a large living room which opens to a separate "hidden" game room offering plenty of space to hang out and for kids to play.

There is a ground floor powder room, 2 outdoor showers, gas grill, and a covered patio area for dining and lounging. Parking is convenient, offering a 2-car garage, space for 2 additional cars in the driveway, and plenty of free street parking.

Tramonto very comfortably sleeps 16 guests. Sorry, no pets are permitted, and the home is not to be used for private events (no weddings, prom parties, bachelorette/bachelor parties, etc).

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find "Tramonto" stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap) to get your stay started. Freshly laundered Quilts, Sheets, and 16 Towel Sets are provided for each bedroom/bathroom (don’t forget to pack your beach towels, or ask us about renting them through our linen partner!). 

Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, bike and crib rentals, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!

Shore drive to Cape May, the Wildwood Boardwalk, 4 block walk to the sprawling free beaches. EV hook-up available.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.

No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.

This home is not pet-friendly; however, the owner has a dog that may be present from time to time. Rest assured, the home is professionally cleaned before every guest arrival.

The house is much more beautiful than the pictures and the accommodations were perfect. We had a mini pool party for my 4- year old granddaughter and she said that was the best part of her birthday and vacation. If you’re a chef like myself, the kitchen is a dream! I I think I spent 75% of my time in this amazing kitchen cooking for my family and I didn’t want to leave it😊. The family watched many of the channels on the multiple tvs provided and the little ones loved the game room. If you’re looking for a beautiful family home with stunning views of the sunrise and sunset and numerous amenities, then this is the vacation home for you! I would rate this home 1000!
