Parking is convenient, offering a 2-car garage, space for 2 additional cars in the driveway, and plenty of free street parking.

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find "Tramonto" stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap) to get your stay started. Freshly laundered Quilts, Sheets, and 16 Towel Sets are provided for each bedroom/bathroom (don’t forget to pack your beach towels, or ask us about renting them through our linen partner!).
Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, bike and crib rentals, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!

This home is not pet-friendly; however, the owner has a dog that may be present from time to time. Rest assured, the home is professionally cleaned before every guest arrival.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, there are three exterior security cameras on-site. These cameras are located at the pool area, the garage, and the front door facing the entryway. The cameras are used for security purposes only.

Mara & team were fantastic during our stay. If we had any questions , she was quick to respond. This house was absolutely stunning , even more beautiful than we could’ve imagined. We would most definitely book this house again !
I can’t say enough great things about Mara, our host and this amazing house. The minute I walked in a complete calmness and serenity came over me. The house is much more beautiful than the pictures and the accommodations were perfect. We had a mini pool party for my 4- year old granddaughter and she said that was the best part of her birthday and vacation. If you’re a chef like myself, the kitchen is a dream! I I think I spent 75% of my time in this amazing kitchen cooking for my family and I didn’t want to leave it😊. The family watched many of the channels on the multiple tvs provided and the little ones loved the game room. If you’re looking for a beautiful family home with stunning views of the sunrise and sunset and numerous amenities, then this is the vacation home for you! I would rate this home 1000! Thank you Mara! We hope we can return next year to make even more memories.
Tramonto was a beautiful house to help anchor our family reunion. The views are spectacular and our kids loved the pool, game room and space that the home allowed. The adults loved the kitchen and clean lines of the design, with some remarking how they wanted to live in this house.
