This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is a perfect place to soak in the beauty and serenity of Stone Harbor! This quiet, top floor unit is street-facing, but conveniently located on the bay, just steps from the 96th Street shopping corridor - and a few blocks from the beach. After a day enjoying all the shore has to offer, relax and unwind on the dock (Stone Harbor’s largest) for sunset, some of the best fishing in the area, crabbing, or simply soaking up the salty air.
Enter into the open living area, with a thoughtfully updated kitchen, dedicated dining area, and family room with a Smart TV. The main bedroom features a queen bed, with full ensuite bathroom, plus there are two additional bedrooms - one has a full-over-full bunk bed, and the other has a twin-over-twin bunk, and a full hall bathroom (with tub). Finally, an outdoor sitting area with a table for two will make your stay comfortable. Park your car in the dedicated off-street space, and walk to EVERYTHING Stone Harbor has to offer…including the beach, Stone Harbor’s shops and dining, The Reeds, and more!
This condo sleeps up to 6 guests, but sorry, we can’t accept pets.
As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are also included.
Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!
Park your car in the designated parking space and walk!
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.
No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.

It was a great spot to sleep for our family! Right on the bay and in prime location.
This condo was great - comfortable, close to everything (shops, restaurants, beaches, etc.). I would highly recommend.
Perfect spot for our extended family as we celebrated a family wedding in town! Host was wonderful and the place was spotless! Highly recommend for your getaway at the Jersey Shore!
