Finally, a small semi-private sitting area outside the front door will make your stay comfortable. Park your car in the dedicated off-street space, and walk to EVERYTHING Stone Harbor has to offer…including the beach, Stone Harbor’s shops and dining, several playgrounds, an arcade, The Reeds, Springers, family-friendly activities, and more! Enjoy Central Air, WiFi, 2 beach tags, beach chairs and a beach cart.
This condo sleeps 4 guests (plus 2 additional if you request use of the pullout couch), but sorry, we can’t accept pets. Future upgrades are in the plans for 2025. Book now to take advantage of pre-renovation pricing.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.
No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.

As quaint as it is convenient. If you know Stone Harbor, to stay on 96th St (or within a block of it, like this place) is ideally convenient. The town has so much to offer, whether for relaxation or daily & nightly activities. We walked every day, and it was nice to leave our car parked safely & securely (added bonus - this place has a covered lot, with a reserved parking spot). This place is very cozy and quaint, perfect for a couple. We arrived with a lovely & welcoming handwritten note waiting for us, and instructions for the TV and other amenities all in plain sight. The topper here is the owner's communication. Proactive, friendly, and promptly responsive!
We loved the location of the condo and the gorgeous views from the front and side of the condo. It was awesome being able to walk out onto the dock to the water’s edge. We enjoyed being able to walk and ride bikes into town.
The condo has stunning views of the bay and is in an incredible location for quick access to the 96th street shops and restaurants. It’s a really delightful place to stay. Mara was incredibly professional, polite and responsive. Check in could not have been easier. We would happily return.
