IMPORTANT NOTE - the "Cleaning Fee" includes linen delivery, cleaning, and ALL other amenities. You'll arrive to find toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, linens and quilts, pillows, as well as bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are delivered at no additional cost (bed-making is available upon request and for an additional fee). Please message me and I will take care of additional requests to help make your stay hassle-free!
Central Air, WiFi, and plenty of TVs for streaming your favorite shows. The radiant pool is seasonal, opening at the end of May until the first week of September. Radiant pools are well-insulated for maximum energy efficiency, and are designed to hold the heat from the sun. Please note this is not a heated pool.
The spacious driveway offers parking for two vehicles, with additional street parking to accommodate more.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.
No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.

Very family friendly, fully stocked with comfortable beach chairs, great location 6 min away from saltwater beach, the pool and sunsets were gorgeous.
We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our long weekend here! We had a little trouble with the front door lock when we first arrived, but after reaching out to the host, everything was resolved quickly. The space was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We also ran low on toilet paper during our stay, but the host responded right away and made sure we had everything we needed. Their communication and responsiveness were excellent. One thing to note for future guests is that because the property is near the bay, the water level changes with the tide, and toward the end of the day there can be a noticeable smell from the bay/mudflats. It's just something to be aware of if you're unfamiliar with the area, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely book this place again!
Overall, the house provided what we needed for the weekend, including beach gear, sleeping arrangements, and cooking supplies. However, there were a few drawbacks. The refrigerator leaked and didn’t seem to maintain a consistent temperature, and the house itself felt difficult to keep at a comfortable temperature with the Air conditioning working. The back deck and chairs could have been maintained better, as there was bird droppings everywhere that detracted from the space. While the pool wasn’t included in the price we paid, the outdoor lounging area was and unfortunately, what seemed to be an easy clean up prior to us arriving wasn't completed and this ended up making it less enjoyable for us to use. we did clean it ourselves with the hose
